Why American Wagyu

Our cattle are humanly raised in Redding Ct, and Central Vermont on sustainable farms. We are focused on producing quality beef products, breeding stock and maintaining agriculture in New England.

Our cattle are fed a protein rich diet and are free to graze open pastures. This results in meat that is incredibly tender, juicy and full of flavor.

At Amazing Graze Wagyu, we believe the best way to produce high-quality beef is to maintain a healthy natural environment for our animals. We never use antibiotics or growth hormones to promote growth. Our beef is available to purchase directly from our farm, local farmers markets and butcher shops. We offer a variety of cuts, including filet mignon, NY strip, ribeye, sirloin, flank steak, as well as ground beef and and brisket.  We also offer half and quarter carcass
custom cut to suit your needs.

Process:

Our cattle are harvested at 18-24 months at a USDA inspection facility.  Our Meat is aged for approximately 14 days,  hand cut to customer specifications, vacuum sealed, weighed, labeled, flash frozen and boxed.  Ready for pickup or delivery.  Simply fill out a cut sheet for full, half or quarter carcass.  We will notify you when your Amazing Graze Wagyu is ready for your enjoyment.
